Request Transcripts

Transcripts are available from the Counseling Office for a fee of $2 and the completion of a transcript request form. A transcript consists of a copy of the student's cumulative grades and can include when requested the test card containing scores on the ACT, SAT, PSAT, and Graduation Tests. Students are responsible for mailing applications, officially sealed transcripts, and all supporting materials. This procedure enables students to have the "hands-on control" of when and where transcripts are sent.

College, Career & Military Representatives

The counseling office invites representatives from colleges, vocational-technical schools, and military services as well as career speakers to present informational sessions during the school day. These programs are advertised in the applicable weekly class bulletins and are available to interested students who sign up in advance to attend. Passes are not issued on the day of the presentation. The classroom teacher has the final approval of a student’s attendance at these presentations. Passes are available from Mrs.Varzaly in the Career Center. Students are encouraged to be selective and to limit the number of presentations they attend since they are missing classroom instruction. The students are responsible for any work missed.

College Visits

If a student is interested in visiting a college, they need to obtain a prearranged absence form from the Attendance Office. This form is due a week prior to the college visit. The absence is considered unexcused; however, the student is allowed to make-up any work.
