BEST Club

(Bringing Extraordinary Students Together)

Target Population General and Special Education students 9-12

Mission - The mission of the BEST club is to bring together general and special education students in a supportive social atmosphere that fosters friendships and promotes appropriate behaviors and learning.

Proposed activities:

2 meetings per most months (right after school is dismissed) which may be holiday parties, game days, fundraising efforts such as the Smoothie Sale, or field day outside. We also will have a dance in the spring, a Thanksgiving dinner for all members and their families, attendance at sporting events as a group (such as a football , basketball, or soccer game)and a banquet in the evening at the end of the year.
