Kelly Swanson

Welcome to World History!
 
I have been teaching at Brookwood High School for 10 years and I am so proud to be a Bronco! I grew up in Gwinnett County and then attended St. Pius X High School where I graduated in 2002. From there I went to Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA where I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in History in 2006 and my Masters Degree is Teaching Secondary Education in 2007. In 2013 I graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with my Educational Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

Athletics:
I am the Head Coach for the Girls Track and Field team. This is my 10th year coaching track and my 9th year as head coach. Last year we were undefeated in our regular season for both JV and Varsity. We went on to finish 3rd at the State meet.
